This store was born from a personal journey toward better health and a desire to help others do the same. After spending more than 14 years in the corporate world, the decision was made to step into a completely new venture that creates both purpose and freedom.

The vision is not only to build an additional income stream but also to create more quality family time and a more balanced lifestyle. As a parent to a special 4 year old son, the motivation to build something meaningful that allows more presence at home became even stronger.

Currently based in the North West with plans to relocate to a West Coast town for a slower pace of life, this business represents a new chapter focused on wellness, family and personal growth. The goal is to share products that have supported a real wellness journey and to assist others who want to improve their health, strength and confidence.
